Becoming a Clothes To Kids shopper requires three things:
1. You must live in Pinellas County
2. Your children must be school-age (K-12) and attend a Pinellas County school
3. Your family must be considered in financial need of assistance, such as:
               You receive free or reduced lunch from Pinellas County Schools
               Your family or child is currently receiving services from another agency 
               You are in crisis due to a fire, flood, or medical issue 

To shop at Clothes To Kids, referred clients must:
1. Call Clothes To Kids in advance for an appointment     
          In North County call the Clearwater store at (727) 441-5050
          In South County call the St. Petersburg store at (727) 321-7100
2. Present a valid letter of referral or lunch letter every time they shop
3. Present a photo identification (parent or guardian)

The following persons can refer a family to Clothes To Kids:
A social worker or caseworker employed at a local social service agency
A teacher, administrator, guidance counselor, or social worker at a school
A religious leader at a place of worship
