Clothes & Shoes

Your gifts of new and quality used clothing are vital to sustaining Clothes To Kids. 

1. Clothing donation guidelines

We gratefully accept the following items, clean and in good condition:

• Children’s clothes: Girls and Boys – Sizes 4 to 16
• Adult size clothes that would be worn by teens and pre-teens.
  • Junior Girls – Sizes 0 to 22
    
  • Young Men – Sizes 18 to 44
• Belts, purses, hats, jewelry, backpacks
• New underwear and socks – must be in unopened packages.
• Shoes in good condition suitable for school.

Sorry, we do not accept:

• Used underwear or socks
• Athletic clothing or equipment
• Toys or books
• Pajamas or swimsuits
• Clothes that show signs of excessive wear
• Prom dresses
• Baby or toddler clothes

All donated items that we cannot use to further our mission will be picked up by Community Recycling.

 

• Clean out your home closets– Gently used clothes and shoes make up the majority of the stock in the CTK store. 
  
• Apparel Partnerships – If you are in the clothing retail, resale or wholesale business and want to help the children in our community, we would love to hear from you.
  
• Group Clothing Drives – Are you or your children involved with PTA, a civic group, church group or other organization?  We can help you organize a group clothing drive.
  
• Purchase new clothes when shopping at the mall– When you are shopping for school clothes for your own children, remember Clothes To Kids and help by picking up an extra shirt or a pair of shoes that would put a smile on a child’s face.
